নন্দলাল তো একদা একটা করিল ভীষণ পণ –

স্বদেশের তরে যে করেই হোক, রাখিবেই সে জীবন
সকলে বলিল, “আহা হা, কর কী, কর কী, নন্দলাল?”
নন্দ বলিল, “বসিয়া বসিয়া রহিব কি চিরকাল?
আমি না করিলে কে করিবে আর উদ্ধার এই দেশ?”
তখন সকলে বলিল- “বাহবা, বাহবা, বাহবা, বেশ।”

নন্দর ভাই কলেরায় মরে, দেখিবে তারে কে বা ?
সকলে বলিল, “যাও না নন্দ, করো না ভায়ের সেবা।”
নন্দ বলিল, “ভায়ের জন্য জীবনটা যদি দিই-
না হয় দিলাম, কিন্তু, অভাগা দেশের হইবে কী?
বাঁচাটা আমার অতি দরকার, ভেবে দেখি চারিদিক”
তখন সকলে বলিল- “হাঁ হাঁ হাঁ, তা বটে, তা বটে, ঠিক।”

নন্দ একদা হঠাৎ একটা কাগজ করিল বাহির-
গালি দিয়া সবে গদ্যে – পদ্যে বিদ্যা করিল জাহির।
পড়িল ধন্য, দেশের জন্য নন্দ খাটিয়া খুন-
লেখে যত তার দ্বিগুণ ঘুমায়, খায় তার দশ গুণ।
খাইতে ধরিল লুচি আর ছোঁকা, সন্দেশ থাল-থাল-
তখন সকলে বলিল- “বাহবা বাহবা, বাহবা নন্দলাল।”

নন্দ একদা কাগজেতে এক সাহেবকে দেয় গালি;
সাহেব আসিয়া গলাটি তাহার টিপিয়া ধরিল খালি;
নন্দ বলিল, “আ-হা-হা! কর কি, কর কি! ছাড় না ছাই,
কি হবে দেশের, গলাটিপুনিতে আমি যদি মারা যাই?
বলো কি’ বিঘৎ নাকে দিব খত যা বলো করিব তাহা।”
তখন সকলে বলিল – “বাহবা বাহবা, বাহবা বাহা!”

নন্দ বাড়ির হ’ত না বাহির, কোথা কি ঘটে কি জানি,
চড়িত না গাড়ি, কি জানি কখন উল্টায় গাড়িখানি।
নৌকা ফি-সন ডুবিছে ভীষণ, রেলে ‘কলিসন’ হয়,
হাঁটতে সর্প, কুকুর আর গাড়ি-চাপা পড়া ভয়।
তাই শুয়ে শুয়ে কষ্টে বাঁচিয়া রহিল নন্দলাল,
সকলে বলিল- “ভ্যালা রে নন্দ, বেঁচে থাক্ চিরকাল।”

How to write/ make PROJECT COMPLETION REPORT - PCR

 

আমরা হইতো অনেকেই প্রজেক্ট ম্যানেজমেন্ট নিয়ে কাজ করছি সরাসরি এবং অবশ্যই ভালো করছি যে যার যার স্থান থেকে। এই সব এর মধ্যে থেকেও কেউ কেউ বড়সর লাফ দিচ্ছে এবং কেউ কেউ নিচের দিকে যাচ্ছে। প্রত্যেকটার (লাফ এবং নিচের দিকে যাওয়া) সঠিক এবং সুষ্ঠ ব্যাখ্যা আছে যা আমরা একটু জানার চেষ্টা করলেই জানা ও হয়ে যায় আবার নিজের স্থানটা পাঁকা পোক্ত থাকে। আবার সঠিকভাবে কাজ করেও মূল্যায়ন এর সময় নিজেকে মেলে ধরা আর হয়ে উঠে না, আর সেটাই হল প্রতিবেদন বা Reporting।

অনেক সময় আমরা একটি প্রজেক্ট শেষ করি এবং নতুন আর একটি প্রজেক্ট হাতে নিয়ে কাজে লেগে পরি। একটি কথা আছে যে, “সাতার দিয়ে তো ঠিকই নদী পাড় হয়ে গেলেন, But you lost your লুঙ্গি” এই এরকম উদাহারনের মত আমার নিজের ও কিছু ক্ষেত্রে ঘটেছে। যা এখানে বর্ননা করা যাচ্ছেনা।

শেষ থেকে শুরু করি তাহলে অন্তত শুরুটা কি হবে তা নিজের মত করে বের করা যাবে।
